Monday, February 2

• Family Night at Third Nature Brewing Co: 1/2 off kids meals with an adult entree, plus all day happy hour. Open 4-8pm. Visit their website to book an igbrew.

Tuesday, February 3

• Cozy Tales: 10:30-11am at Meijer Gardens. Grand Rapids, MI. Join us for Cozy Tales featuring Jaume Plensa-inspired stories that celebrate mindfulness, expression, and the beauty of letters and words. Through storytelling, and age-appropriate activities, we will explore creativity while building early literacy skills. Best for ages 5 or younger.

• Work from the Greenhouse: 11am-4pm. Grand Rapids Downtown Market. LEAF the home office behind and catch some rays while you work in our rooftop Greenhouse! Grab a coffee, snack, or bite to eat from the Market Hall and set up shop in the Greenhouse for a remote work experience that will have you clearing out that inbox with a smile!

• Winter Nights: 5-9pm at Meijer Gardens. Grand Rapids. Winter Nights at Meijer Gardens is back! On select Tuesday evenings, experience a fresh lineup of local and regional artists as they take center stage in the Garden Pavilion and BISSELL Corridor as part of a Carnival at Meijer Gardens. An immersive, multi-artist experience that celebrates Black History Month by highlighting the influence, community, and spirit of hip-hop. Lady Ace Boogie & Friends is a high-energy hip-hop showcase curated by one of the city’s most compelling voices, bringing together a handpicked lineup of artists, live instrumentation, and musicians for a rich blend of sharp lyricism, raw storytelling, and community-driven energy. Steven Malcolm makes faith-driven hip-hop that’s as unique as his multicultural background. It’s a sound rooted in rap’s rhythmic delivery, pop’s modern melodies, and God’s Word, glued together by an artist whose music has earned seven Dove Award nominations and more than 130 million streams.

Wednesday, February 4

• Mom & Baby Barre Class: 10:30-11:15am at Aptitude Fitness & Yoga. Move, connect, and build strength with your baby close to your heart. This 45-minute class combines barre-inspired movement with gentle strength and posture work designed for parents in the pre or postnatal season. Perfect for non-mobile babies, you can wear your little one in a carrier or have them nearby on a blanket. Expect low-impact movement that supports stability, confidence, and community - all in a welcoming space made for you and your baby. • Free Thursdays: 5-8pm at the Grand Rapids Art Museum. Downtown Grand Rapids. All guests enjoy free admission to GRAM every Thursday night (5 - 8 pm) thanks to the Meijer Foundation.

Grab your besties (or your “meet-cute” partner) and head to Rockford Brewing Company for Rom-Com Themed Trivia From iconic one-liners to unforgettable movie moments, we’ll cover the classics and the newer favorites—awkward first dates, grand gestures, and all the happily-ever-afters.

• Ice Piano @ World of Winter: 6:30-8:30pm at Ah-Nab-Awen-Park. Downtown Grand Rapids. Enjoy a live musical performance by Charlie Millard and Olivia Vargas. These two local musicians will take turns performing on our handmade ice piano, crafted by the Ice Brigade team.

Friday, February 6

• First Fridays Gals Night Out: 5-7pm. East Hills Business Association. Participating stores are open late.

• Daughter Dance Pre Party: 3pm at Third Nature Brewing Co. Rockford, MI. Bring your little date(s) to the brewery before the Daughter Dance for dinner and a little pre-party! There will be a quick serve menu to help ensure that you get to the dance on time. They'll have Shirley Temples, S'mores and Hot Cocoa for purchase. • Gather @ Wanderlux: 4-6 at Wanderlux Beauty & Wellness. This Friday, They’re opening the doors at Wanderlux for something simple and deeply human: space to be together. There are moments when doing “normal life” feels heavy. This is a pause. A breath. A place to land. Kirsten Rahn, licensed therapist, will be present to gently support anyone who needs to talk, process, or just sit in a space where emotions don’t have to be tucked away. No pressure to share…you’re welcome to come just as you are.

• Mini Chefs: 1-3pm at the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum. Downtown Grand Rapids. Get ready to stir, sprinkle, and snack! On select Fridays in February little chefs are invited to the Workshop for Mini Chefs, a hands-on cooking experience packed with tasty fun. Feb 6: Make your own salsa.

• Galentine’s Day Party: Sessions from 4-6p and 6-8p at Soaring Suds + Nera Wix. Downtown Rockford, MI. Create: 5 oz Valentine's day themed candle complete with your custom fragrance blend, wax selection, candle color and candle toppers. Door Prizes! Upon arrival, you'll be entered to win a Valentine's day themed prize.

Join Tours Around Michigan (guide Candice Smith) for free guided walking tours of the World of Winter outdoor art installations. Tours run several times throughout the festival along the same route.

• Winter Family Day: 11am-8pm at Third Nature Brewing Company. Rockford, MI. Put on your snow gear and bring the kids to Third Nature for a family fun day outside in our Biergarten! We’re still figuring out all the details but save the date and follow this event for more information! This is what we know so far…

  - FREE s’mores kits & hot cocoa will be provided by Lindsey Dykstra Realtor from 12-3 pm. There will also be a gift basket raffle prize!
  - FREE kids movement program with Regina from Little Feet Movement at 12:30 pm. Please bring a mat.
