Monday, November 17

  • Krause Memorial Library Events:

    • Babytime: 10am-10:30am. Join us for songs, rhymes, stories and playtime while developing listening and language skills. Caregivers will have time to connect with each other while their babies learn and socialize. Designed for babies ages birth to 18 months with their caregivers, but older siblings are welcome.

    • Rhyme Time Music & Movement: 11:30am-12:30pm. Get your wiggles out with rhymes, songs and musical activities. Move and groove together while strengthening motor, listening and early literacy skills. Designed for children ages 0-5 with their caregivers, but all ages are welcome.

  • Live Jazz & Oysters: 6:30-9:30pm at Carolina Lowcountry Kitchen. East Grand Rapids, MI. Live Jazz and Oysters with the John Shea Trio every Monday!

  • Holiday Porch Pot Class: 6-8pm at St. Julian Winery. Rockford, MI. Get into the holiday spirit with our Holiday Porch Pot Class at our Rockford tasting room! Join us for a fun, festive evening of creativity and seasonal cheer. What to Bring: Your own pot and any personal decorations you’d like to add. RSVP: Sign up by visiting or calling the Rockford tasting room to reserve your spot—space is limited!

Tuesday, November 18

  • Krause Memorial Library Events:

    • Toddler Time: 10-10:30am. Enjoy stories, music and rhymes while building early literacy and social skills. Designed for children ages 1-3 with their caregivers, but all ages are welcome.

  • Trail Tuesdays at Third Nature Brewing Company: 5-8pm. Join us for Trail Tuesdays! Every Tuesday stop by between 5 and close and run, walk, bike on the White Pine Trail and receive $2 off your first post workout pint. We’ll raise a glass to that! Be sure to check-in at the host stand. Dogs are welcome in our Biergarten if you would like for your four legged friend to join. Grab the family and friends for some exercise followed by a Biergarten meal and a pint.

Wednesday, November 19

  • The GR ChristKindl Market Begins: 11am-7pm. Downtown Market. Grand Rapids, MI. It's opening day at the third annual Christkindl Markt!

  • Free Thursday Nights at GRAM: 5-8pm at the Grand Rapids Art Museum. Downtown Grand Rapids. All guests enjoy free admission to GRAM every Thursday night thanks to the Meijer Foundation. Explore GRAM's current exhibitions, and enjoy a variety of free Thursday night events throughout the year.

Friday, November 21

  • Rockford’s Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony: 6pm at Garden Club Park. Downtown Rockford. It's time to light up the town! Come to Garden Club Park to help us count down to turn on all the lights in downtown Rockford! Rockford High School Choir will be singing Christmas carols at the lighting ceremony and staying after to carol around downtown! We will have a brief message of peace before doing the final count down! Join us for this magical event before shopping and dining at your favorite places around town!

  • Krause Memorial Library Events:

    • Afternoon Book Club: 1:30-2:30pm. Join a fun, informal discussion of great books. This month, we'll discuss Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro.
